Prior to the start of the course, all reservations must be made by filling out the relevant quote letter and booking form or booking online at www.bluestarcmi.com Until you receive confirmation from us, a reservation is not confirmed.

In the event that the delegate fails the exam, the client will be responsible for paying an additional fee for a retake.
5. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
5.1. When special needs are mentioned at the time of booking, every attempt will be made to meet them.

6. COURSE DELIVERY
6.1. Any student who does not show up at the designated location, time, or date, or who the resource speaker deems unfit to take the course due to disruptive behavior or outright cheating, will have their admission to the course denied.
6.2. The tutor's judgment regarding the delegate's suitability to finish the course will be final and enforceable.
6.3. Please take note that it is crucial that Bluestarcmi be notified well in advance of the course of the delegates scheduled to attend. Delegates will not be allowed to attend the training if Bluestarcmi is unaware of them prior to the course. This is because outside organizations like IRCA won't let substitute delegates attend a planned assessment. We can set up a follow-up exam for a different delegate, but there will be extra costs involved, like an exam fee.
6.4. It is necessary for participants in Virtual Training courses to have access to a webcam and microphone. These are necessary tools to fulfill CQI and IRCA requirements as well as to guarantee the training program's efficacy. Webcams have to be left on all the time (no breaks). No CQI or IRCA accredited training course will be available to delegates without access to a webcam.
6.5. A few Virtual Training sessions will be videotaped for the purposes of external auditing and ongoing improvement. Upon request, a copy of the recording can be provided.

7.1. About two weeks prior to the course date, joining instructions will be sent out. These instructions will include the schedule for the day, venue information, location, and tutor.
7.2. Please email training@bluestarcmi.online if you have not received your joining instructions before the training session.
8. IN-HOUSE COURSE
8.1. In addition to providing a screen, projector, and appropriate training space, the client is expected to cover the cost of lunch and refreshments for all attendees as well as the tutor for the duration of the course.
